Vendor Qualification & Supplier Onboarding
Night & Day Logistics is set up for healthcare, life-science and prime contractor supplier onboarding. This page contains our entity details, insurance coverage and limits, operating authority, training and compliance programs, contractor qualification standards and chain-of-custody procedures. Certificates of insurance are issued within one hour.
Why This Page Exists
Most couriers make you request this information and then take a week to assemble it. A compliance team can't onboard a supplier that can't document itself, and you shouldn't have to chase a carrier for a certificate of insurance. So we published it.
Workforce Model
We operate exclusively through qualified independent contractors. We do not subcontract work to other courier companies — every shipment is carried by a courier in our own contracted network. All contractors complete our qualification and training program before accepting assignments. Airport assignments also require applicable air-cargo security training, security threat assessment and access checks.
Business Continuity
- Dispatch staffed 24/7/365 with supervisors on every shift
- Every routed account has a named trained backup courier who has run the route
- Written severe weather policy with documented suspension criteria
- 45-minute recovery in the B-W corridor, 90 minutes elsewhere, custody documented at courier-to-courier transfer
- Three-tier escalation to a named account contact with a direct mobile number.
