Actual retention periods and deletion procedures must be confirmed by NDL before adoption.
No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. NDL should verify and document the administrative, technical and physical safeguards applicable to each system and provider before making specific security commitments in this policy.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply to NDL, additional rights may include access, a copy of information, portability, certain opt-outs or an appeal of a decision.

This website is intended for business contacts and people arranging courier services, rather than for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website, contact us so the submission can be reviewed and handled appropriately.
