Routed Courier Service
Routed service is a recurring scheduled circuit run at the same times on the same days by the same courier. Night & Day Logistics runs routed medical and business circuits with a named primary courier, a named trained backup, a free parallel run at transition, and monthly performance reporting.

A Named Courier, Not a Rotation
Your route is assigned to a named contracted courier who learns your sites, your contacts, your after-hours entrances, your dock and which specimens go in which cooler. That familiarity is the product. Anyone can drive the route; only someone who has run it forty times catches the thing that's wrong.

A Named Backup Who Has Run It
Every routed account has a second trained courier who has actually run the route. Vacation, illness, weather — someone who already knows your sites covers it. Not whoever is free.

Common Circuits
- Reference laboratory collection
- Hospital Inter-facility
- Pharmacy
- Dental and orthodontic laboratories
- Dialysis and infusion
- Veterinary
- Environmental and water testing
- Check runs and interoffice document circuits.

Route Takeover
Changing couriers is the part everyone gets wrong. The route is easy. What breaks is everything nobody wrote down — which entrance, which dock and which one is right after 5 p.m.; access codes and who to ask; the real cutoff time versus the contract one; which sites are never ready and need a later slot; the special handling that was verbal and never documented.
We assume the documentation is incomplete, because it almost always is.
Talk to Dispatch ↗Route Discovery
We ride the route with your team or the outgoing courier and document every stop.
Site Notification
Every location is contacted before day one.
Parallel Run
Five business days at no additional cost, extendable to ten on complex or multi-site routes. Nothing depends on us until you've watched us do it.
Daily Check-in
Through the first two weeks, then weekly through the first month.
Documented Route Profile Delivered to You
Yours to keep, whatever happens next.
That last point is deliberate. If you ever leave us, you leave with the documentation. Couriers who hold route knowledge hostage are relying on switching costs instead of service.
