Airport assignments require applicable air-cargo security training, security threat assessment (STA) and access checks before dispatch. Training records are maintained in Veroot. Request current company Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) approval documentation during vendor qualification.

Where the Regulatory Line Sits
On medical and life-science shipments we perform the transport function under the client's authorization. The radiopharmacy holds the radioactive materials license. The blood bank holds its accreditation. The sponsor holds the IND. The shipper classifies, packages and labels dangerous goods. Our obligations are driver-side: training, equipment, secure custody, handling procedure, incident reporting and documentation. We hold those and we can evidence them.

Are You HIPAA Compliant?
Every contracted courier completes assessed HIPAA training before their first assignment and annually thereafter, and signs a confidentiality acknowledgment. Records are retained for six years. We execute BAAs and maintain documented chain-of-custody controls.
Do You Carry Dangerous Goods?
Yes — Category B, dry ice, Class 7 radioactive and Division 2.2. The shipper classifies, packages and labels; we transport with certified couriers under documented procedure.
How Can I Verify Your Air-Cargo Credentials?
Request current TSA Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) approval documentation during vendor qualification. Individual courier eligibility is checked separately against applicable air-cargo security training, security threat assessment (STA) and airport-access requirements.
Can You Produce Training Records?
Yes, through Veroot on partnership confirmation.
