  • To ensure successful delivery, clients are required to:

    • Provide Accurate Info: Complete details on pick-up/delivery addresses, contact names, package weight/dimensions and content.

    • Pack Properly: Items must be securely packed to withstand normal handling. The company is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging.

    • Be Ready: Shipments must be ready for pick-up at the scheduled time to avoid deliver delays and additional fees.

    • Standard Liability: Limited to $100.00 USD per shipment unless a higher value is declared and additional insurance is purchased prior to shipment.

    • Claims: All claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the delivery date (or scheduled delivery date for losses).

  • Yes. The company utilizes technology for Online Track & Trace, auto notifications via Email/SMS, and GPS access to drivers to ensure visibility of your shipment.
