Retention & Security
Retention depends on the type of record, the service it relates to, applicable recordkeeping obligations and any unresolved request or dispute. Contact NDL to ask about the retention or deletion of information associated with you.
No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email. Contact dispatch if a shipment requires another method of sharing information.
Your Choices & Requests
You may contact us to ask about information associated with you, request corrections or deletion, or object to promotional communications. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to NDL, additional rights may include access, a copy of information, portability, certain opt-outs or an appeal of a decision.
