Application & Hiring
You must submit an application at Contractor Application. You will need to provide your personal details, vehicle information, and general availability.
The process is generally fast. Once your application is reviewed, if you meet the criteria, you may be invited for an interview/meeting. Many drivers report being able to start driving within a few days to a week after their paperwork and background checks are cleared.
No, experience is preferred but not required. We accept entry-level drivers who have a valid license, a reliable vehicle, and good communication skills.
Vehicle & Insurance
Yes. This is an Independent Contractor role, and you are required to provide your own vehicle whether SUV, Cargovan, Minivan , cars not acceptable.
Your vehicle must be reliable, well-maintained, and suitable for transporting medical specimens or packages. While there is no strict "age limit" publicly listed, vehicles with frequent mechanical issues will affect your ability to work.
You must have a valid vehicle insurance policy.

Note: Since you are using your vehicle for business, it is highly recommended (and often required) to have 100/300 bodily injury limits and to inform your insurance provider that you are using the vehicle for courier work to avoid coverage gaps.
