What Needs Discussion First

- Coverage limits above $1,000,000 auto CSL, $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 general liability or $100,000 cargo. Our policy limits are fixed. Raise this during qualification, not at signature.
- Requirements for W-2 employee drivers — we operate exclusively through qualified independent contractors.
- Controlled substances — we do not transport them.
- Uncapped liability or indemnity beyond our coverage.

Turnaround

Certificate of insurance — one hour. Carrier onboarding — one hour. W-9 — same business day. Training records via Veroot — on partnership confirmation. Supplier questionnaires and BAAs — completed as routine.
